CAMBO, C246: One-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a modern building, comprising an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a separate and fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. Terrace with a lovely open view. Private parking space.
Internet access. Pets not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the apartment on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This pre-inspection will allow us to verify that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
