It comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a living room with a lounge area including a double sofa bed (140cm), a dining area (table and chairs), and a fully equipped kitchenette (multifunction microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, two-burner induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine) opening onto a terrace. Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Private parking.

No internet access - Pets allowed (maximum one).

*Swimming pool open in July and August only. All decisions concerning the swimming pool are made by the condominium association. Therefore, no discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (this service is available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually departed.

Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning for a one-bedroom apartment: €44. - Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
