Central Cambo studio with terrace and parking, pets allowed

On the ground floor of the "Le Patio" residence, near the thermal baths and in the city center, the "Anémone" studio apartment comprises a main room with a kitchenette (electric hob, refrigerator), a dining area (table and 2 chairs), and a sleeping area with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom with toilet, a terrace, and a parking space. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee – please request them when booking! Internet access is available. Pets are allowed (please note that due to the easement for garden maintenance, the small garden is not fully fenced). The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard, or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the apartment on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
