"This was an amazing stay... the views are absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were clean and very cozy and the staff was very nice. The host was able to give amazing recommendations for our tours. Assisting us in going to oslob and moalboal. Her recommendations were amazing and we missed the hecticness of the crowds. It was almoat like paying for a private tour. They have a few restaurants near by with great food. We did rent car in city so we had transport but even for days we didnt use transport....

"We arrived late to the property and the staff were so helpful to get us checked in as quickly as possible and hassle free. The room was clean and well maintained and close to a 7/11. Seaside views and beach access. Close to Canyoneering activities and 10 minute walk to Kawasan falls. Would stay again!"

"Beach House is a great place to stay. 40 minutes to whale shark. The room is very comfortable. The owner Tim helps in everything you need. Parking is available. We loved this place."

"Property is within walking distance of the local town centre, making it easy to get out to various places including outside of the town. Staff were friendly & cleaning the property on a daily basis. Has a great sea view & everything stated as being included was included without additional charge. Would recommend."

It is a little secluded which was excellent for us. The grounds are amazing and well maintained. Our room was squeaky clean. The only two items I wished they had were a TV and consistent hot water. "It would be difficult to overstate how much we enjoyed our brief (3 nights) stay here. I don’t think fancy is a proper description, but lovely is. The people, the view, the room, the food. You will be hard-pressed to find a more enjoyable experience in the area. "

"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "It was an amazing place to stay, If i had to rate this place 1 out of 10.. I would rate it a 20.. It was one of my best place to stay in Asia. The owners are the best people and we became friends. They have a stove up stairs where you can cook dinner and I cooked them an Italian dinner. They cooked for me the next night. We drink wine and laughed all night. The room was out of this world, it was right on the water and my gf and I sat on our deck and had candlelight dinner with wine.. The owners...
