Good points: room is big and clean. Just this!
Bad points: (1) employees need to be better trained, mainly the ones working at the front desk. During check in time I was not informed about the value charged by the hotel for credit card hold, and the employee had trouble to explain me which were the parking spots that belonged to the hotel (there are a restaurant and a small building nearby, so I was not sure if some of the parking spots were under hotel responsability or not). During check out time, the girl working at the front desk had trouble to understand me sometimes (I really dont know the reason) and refused to extend my check out time to midday (time necessary to pack my stuff) with the explanation that "they needed the room". (2) The hotel charging for parking is a shame... the location of the hotel doesn't justify it. It looks like is just a way to get more money from the customers.
