"Stayed here after long drive before visit to Reagan Presidential Library. Perfect place to relax, enjoyed outdoor backyard space (table tennis, corn hole games, hot tub, ample comfy seating) Kitchen has basic equipment. Beds were very comfortable. Driveway parking most welcome after long day on the road."

"We had a great long weekend. The property is exactly as described and very clean. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. We were two couples, and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the wonderful fire pit for quiet evenings. Would highly recommend and would rebook if I am ever in the area again. "

"This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back."

"Very nice VRBO in Oak View. (West end of Ojai. Only a 15-minute drive to downtown Ojai). VERY nicely decorated with loads of cushy outdoor lounge chairs and sofas. And several water features. Also a sauna, hot tub and pool! Surfounded by lots of oak trees. And a short drive to Lake Casitas via back streets. Also 2 very friendly donkeys that love to be fed treats! The owner, Mary, calls the property "Bird's Nest", which is very apropos. A pair of Scrub Jays are around a lot and sit on posts on...

"Host was very communicative, supportive and helpful. The house was clean and the location and surroundings were very nice. However, the bed was not a queen as listed in the post, it was a double which made it difficult for us to sleep. The posting indicated there was a gym which led me to believe there would be equipment (i.e. a stair stepper) but there was only workout weights in the cabinet. There were items about the house that should have been listed such as how to lock the house, when doing...

"Amazing experience! It has been my husband‘s dream to sleep overnight on a large boat. This was a beautiful boat with all the amenities that we needed! It is in an absolutely beautiful harbor! We enjoyed just sitting out on the aft deck of the boat and relaxing! And if you’re wondering if the boat rocks, it rocks very little. We never noticed it rocking. We walked to dinner and breakfast which we love to do! We are already planning our next day on this boat!"
