This historic villa, dating back to 1614, was once the summer residence of noble families from Lucca. It is surrounded by a large private park featuring a wide variety of flowering and fruit-bearing trees. The vibrant greenery includes dozens of camellia trees, citrus trees, palm trees, banana trees, and olive trees.
The property enjoys an elevated position on a small hill, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valley. Located just a few kilometers from the sea, it benefits from a constant breeze that provides a healthy, fresh, and mild climate.
The villa is spread over three levels and is easily accessible via a grand driveway with a gated entrance and an ancient frescoed archway. A spacious shaded private parking area is available for guests.
Within the park, guests can enjoy a 12 x 5-meter oval swimming pool with a depth of 1.35 meters. The pool is surrounded by a well-maintained lawn equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, a table, and outdoor seating.
The estate also includes two independent guest houses, which can be rented either separately or together with the main villa:
Villa Aranci, the former Lemon House, accommodates up to 4 guests.
Villa Olivi, the former Farmhouse, accommodates up to 6 guests.
The three properties can also be rented together, making them ideal for events, family gatherings, or groups of friends:
Villa Unis: up to 16 guests
Villa Olivi: up to 6 guests
Villa Aranci: up to 4 guests
Maximum total capacity: 26 adults plus 3 children up to 4 years old.
The interior of Villa Unis has preserved the authentic charm of a 17th-century noble residence, featuring spacious frescoed reception rooms, large and bright bedrooms, and elegant historic details throughout.
The original kitchen has retained its traditional character, including a large stone fireplace and antique charcoal stove. In addition, a separate modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, electric oven, and everything needed to comfortably prepare and serve meals both indoors and outdoors. Upon request, a local cook can also be arranged.
The impressive entrance loggia features vaulted frescoed ceilings and a magnificent solid wood entrance door.
Throughout the villa, guests will find original terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams. The bathrooms have been modernized for comfort and include one bathroom with a bathtub and two with walk-in showers.
The villa is furnished entirely with original antique furniture, preserving its historic elegance and unique atmosphere.
