The villa is located in the countryside, away from the noise and nuisance of city traffic. It comprehends on one floor, ideal for both a couple and a family, perhaps with older people; it is easily accessible from the village's main road.
It is composed of no. 1 dining room with a large area for cooking, n. one large room which includes table and sofa for comfortable relaxation, n. one bathroom equipped with toilet, bidet, sink and shower cubicle, n. one spacious double bedroom with voluminous wardrobe, n. 1 room equipped with two bunk beds and a large closet, n. one storage room where you can keep shoes, jackets and anything else you need to find when needed. There are a total of 6 beds.
Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The entrance to the house has a veranda with a table where you can have lunch and dinner in the summer months. Paving delimits the four sides of the villa.
A short flight of stairs leads to the underground cellar, with a large freezer. Here the old villa owners used to bottle wine and oil, as per good peasant tradition. You can still feel the taste.
The villa has private parking, allowing you to accommodate at least n. two cars. A quiet and relaxing countryside area immerses the property. It is possible to sleep late in the morning, listen to the typical sounds of Tuscan nature and admire the starry sky until late at night.
A grocery store/restaurant just 100 meters from the house allows you to find basic food daily. The historic centre of Camaiore is 1.2 km away (4 minutes by car); various shops and supermarkets are here. The sea and the closest beaches are 9 km away (15 minutes by car).
There are many restaurants and pizzerias throughout the area, both in the countryside and by the sea.
The quality is excellent for meat restaurants - typical Tuscan meat accompanied by excellent red wines - and for fish restaurants - freshly caught fish served with refined white wines.
