Apartment “Auszeit” with Wi-Fi – newly renovated, family-friendly, central location

The apartment was completely renovated in March 2024 and lovingly furnished. It features a living and dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a hallway with wardrobe. Next door, there is a separate children's bedroom with a pull-out bed and wardrobe. The living and dining area includes a cozy dining nook, a sofa bed, and a flatscreen TV. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a full-length mirror. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, heated towel rail, drying rack, and hairdryer. The kitchen offers an induction stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and radio. Dishes, cutlery, and all kitchen utensils are provided. High-speed Wi-Fi for video calls is available. Parking is provided at the house. Next to the entrance, there is a smoking lounge. Towels and bed linen are included. Final cleaning is included. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



Our district Heumaden in the Black Forest offers various shops for daily needs. Bakery, butcher, and grocery store are within walking distance. The young, elevated neighborhood borders the B295 and offers quick connections. In addition to bus and train lines, the Hermann-Hesse-Bahn from Calw to Renningen will provide additional connections from 2025. Our cozy holiday apartment "Auszeit" (51.61 m²) is located in the bright basement of our private house in the eastern part of Heumaden, Calw.
