Located on the 3rd and last floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine and Nespresso...
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A south-facing terrace with sofa, table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron...

The flat is ideally located in Calvi, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
The island of beauty is full of natural and cultural activities, during your stay in Lumio you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the sunshine of the city to go to its various beaches to enjoy a quiet time or to try your hand at the many water activities: paddle, jetski, boat rides... If you are eager to discover the area, you can explore its wonders; the ruins of Occi or the Agriates Desert are available to you! For the more adventurous, quad bikes, 4x4 rides and hikes will seduce you.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private car park of the flat with a numbered space.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
