We welcome you to this air-conditioned house with three bedrooms, a kitchen, a small living room, a bathroom and a private equipped terrace.

Beds: 3 double beds 160x200cm and 2 single beds 90x200cm.

Arrivals/departures: from Saturday to Saturday in high season (7 days min).

Arranged on two floors (the 1st and 2nd), accessible by an external staircase. The ground floor is an independent accommodation, also available for rent.

You can enjoy our large Mediterranean garden of 6000m², wooded and quiet, in which common areas are arranged (Weber gas barbecue, garden furniture, hammocks, deckchairs).

Immediate proximity to Calvi beach (200m), the town centre/port (500m), shops (100m) and leisure activities (diving, surfing, tennis...).

Calvi airport 7 km away, Calvi train station 5 minutes away, Ile-Rousse ferry terminal 20 km away.

Linen included (e.g. for two people: 2 sheets, 2 pillowcases, 1 bedspread, 2 large towels, 2 small towels, 1 bath mat and 2 tea towels). Supplied as a pack. Professional quality. Beds are not made.

Final cleaning not included (optional €70). WIFI (free).

Unsupervised private parking (free).

Baby bed and high chair available on request (free).

Small pets are accepted on request (extra €70).

Casa Orsoni is a small family seasonal rental structure located in the city center of Calvi.

We offer different types of accommodation: studios, apartments and a house.

Our rentals are located on two adjoining sites (two separate entrances): one in our large private Mediterranean garden of 6000m2 and the other in building C of the “Résidence Casavecchia”.

In high season (July-August), we only rent by the week. Arrival and departure days are fixed. They are, depending on the accommodation, either from Friday to Friday, from Saturday to Saturday, or from Sunday to Sunday. You can consult under each ad the arrival and departure days specific to each accommodation.

In low and mid season, we sometimes relax arrival/departure days as well as length of stay. Do not hesitate to contact us if our online schedule does not allow you to book.

Ideal location, car not necessary.

Beach 200m away, town center 500m away and first shops 100m away.

All studios and the Corsican house (80 m²) are equipped with air conditioning. On the other hand, the apartments (55m2 and 40m2) are only equipped with fans.
