The GREEN room, located on the ground floor, with an area of about 28 square meters, is a triple room and if necessary can accommodate three single beds or a double bed plus a single bed. The room is equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, free WI-FI internet H 24, flat screen TV, the room is furnished with simplicity and refinement; on the walls original paneled photos depicting corners and suggestive images of the Nissian countryside. The bathroom inside the room takes up the green of the room and the upholstery and is embellished with hand-decorated majolica. Hospital stands. ELIA, the CEFPAS which houses the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and the Professional Training Center.
Located in a strategic point close to the main destinations of Sicilian tourism. It is located inside a large villa immersed in an extraordinarily beautiful and varied countryside next to the splendid historic Dubini park in the area that was the summer residence of the Testasecca Counts.

The rooms are double, triple, quadruple, and double single use. Both the equipped dining room and the 3 arcades are available for guests' breakfast. We particularly recommend having breakfast in the main porch, located right in front of the Dubini Park or under the gazebo furnished with tables and chairs, to better enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the sweetness of the climate.
