The GROUND FLOOR offers an exquisitely decorated space, which includes a cozy living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher for added convenience. A twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and there is also a separate toilet. On the UPPER FLOOR, two bedrooms await guests: one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. From the master bedroom, there is access to a beautiful solarium, ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the stunning views. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning for greater comfort.







ABROAD:



The pleasant outdoor plot has an 8x4 meter pool, equipped with an outdoor shower, Roman and metal stairs. Next to the pool, you will find a built-in barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals outdoors. The parking lot on the same plot has capacity for 2 vehicles, and also has a space for playing petanque.

Located in an urbanization close to beaches and shops, the villa is just 650 meters from the nearest supermarket and 1.7 km from the beautiful sandy beach. The center of Calpe is at a distance of 3.8 km, providing easy access to various amenities and activities.
