There are three air conditioning units in this villa. On the ground floor, there is a unit in the living-dining room and another in the hallway. On the upper floor, a third unit is located in the hallway, ensuring a cool environment throughout the villa.



INTERIOR:



The villa consists of two independent floors connected by exterior stairs. On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a spacious living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, a fully equipped open kitchen with gas hobs and a dishwasher, as well as two bedrooms with two single beds each and another bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with a full shower completes the amenities on this floor. The UPPER FLOOR has another cosy living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, a separate kitchen with gas hobs, a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed. A second bathroom with a full bathtub completes the interior layout.



EXTERIOR:



Enjoy the outdoors in the beautiful landscaped plot that houses a private 8x4 metre swimming pool with metal stairs and a convenient outdoor shower. The villa also offers a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals, as well as a laundry room. With space to park up to 3 vehicles on the same plot, comfort and accessibility are guaranteed.
