The well-maintained villa is located in a quiet residential area of Calpe and offers you a beautiful outdoor area with magnificent terraces, summer kitchen with barbecue and a small refreshment pool that can be heated via solar during the winter months.

You enter the house on the ground floor. Here you will find the entrance hall, a double bedroom and a shower bathroom. The interior staircase leads to the upper floor with a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped, open built-in kitchen, a double bedroom and shower bathroom. An open space adjoining the living room offers a sofa bed. On this level, you have access to various terraces with views of the countryside to the sea, lovely seating areas, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining area, and the pool terrace behind the house.

The property is completely fenced with an automatic driveway gate. On the enclosed property, there are two car parking spaces.

Please note that on Sunday, holidays, and at night outside our regular check-in and check-out times, a fee of 60.00€ to 70.00€ will be charged. Arrivals after 22:00h or departures before 7:00h will incur a night fee of 100.-€. Alternatively, please ask about key handover via night safe.



Every pet costs 35 euros extra (check availability). This is a one-time payment for cleaning. Pets up to 10 kg. Dogs of dangerous breeds are not allowed.



The electricity consumption is included in the price at 20KW/day. Additional energy consumption will be calculated at 0.45€/KW.



A deposit of €600.00 must be paid upon arrival and will be refunded one week after departure by credit card or bank transfer.
