The ground floor features a welcoming living and dining area equipped with satellite TV and a fan, with direct access to the terrace overlooking the valley. The first bedroom on this level contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from both air conditioning and forced-air heating. The second bedroom mirrors this configuration, also offering 2 single beds of the same dimensions along with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The ground floor further includes an open-plan kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC and a separate WC complete the ground floor layout. The upper floor, accessed via an exterior staircase, offers a second living and dining area with satellite TV and digital TV. The third bedroom on this level contains 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with air conditioning and forced-air heating, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
