The kitchen comes fully equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules. There is also a bathroom with a bath/shower. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you'll find another living/dining area with air conditioning, forced-air heating, and an exit to the terrace. This level has two more bedrooms: one with two 90cm x 190cm beds and air conditioning, and another with a 90cm x 190cm bed and a fan. There is also a small, open kitchen with an oven and four ceramic glass hob hotplates, as well as a shower/WC.
