Vacation home for rent in Calopezatti, Calabria! A stunning location with ocean and mountain views and beautiful sunrises, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. Quietly situated and ideal for a relaxing and restful vacation. The beach is free, child-friendly, and includes an adjacent playground. The cottage has 2 bedrooms on the first floor. One of them features a large balcony with sweeping views. The first floor includes a living and dining area with front and back patios, plus a small garden. Air conditioning is available on every floor. The house has 2 bathrooms and is well-suited for up to 4 adults (a fold-out cot measuring 120x60 cm for children up to 15 kg, as well as a high chair, are also provided). A washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, and microwave are also on-site. Set in an idyllic, very quiet location, surrounded by olive groves and orange orchards. Among other attractions, the “Odissea” water park is about a 20-minute drive away, and a large shopping center is 35 minutes away by car. Hiking and biking are possible; no mass tourism. Various destinations such as Matera, Bari, or Tropea are just under 2–3 hours away by car. The town has a small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher shop, restaurants, and cafes. Dogs are welcome!
