"Have stayed at Niu D'Aus before but not for about 9 years. Staff extremely helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Pool very clean but not really suitable for poor swimmers as becomes quite deep very quickly. Good location in a very quiet area. "

"We returned from the Ariel Chico yesterday after a fantastic 10 days.
The hotel is exceptionally well run with all staff being attentive, friendly and hardworking. Our room was large and well equipped, also very clean. The hotel grounds are well kept and there is obviously a lot of pride that goes into the appearance of the hotel.
Food was varied and of a good standard, there was always enough, with staff constantly replenishing any empty areas. I have not travelled all inclusive previously,...
"We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and would stay again. The room was a very decent size as was the bathroom. The location is perfect, 2 minutes to the closest beach and a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and the town.
The room had an air conditioning unit which we didnât expect. However we had no remote for this for the first 2 days (not a problem for us) however on our third day we got the remote and it worked perfectly. The room was clean and tidy.

"We traveled as a family 4 ( 2 young kids under 6) and I couldnt speak more highly of this hotel. Their facilities, their restaurants, their staff, the drcor and ambience its truly exceptional. My son had a medical emergency he got an eye infection (no fault.of the hotel putisde the hotwl) they called a doctor for us in the middle of the night, they gollowed up with doctor, they chsng3d hotel resevatuons for us. They do so with such a level of kindneas and service its rare to see."

"Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert und wirkt entsprechend modern, sauber und gepflegt. Lediglich der Aufzug könnte verbessert werden, da er teilweise sehr lange braucht â wirklich störend ist das aber nur, wenn man in den oberen Etagen wohnt. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da es in der Umgebung zahlreiche schöne StrĂ€nde gibt. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war fĂŒr uns ausreichend, da wir keinen All-Inclusive-Urlaub geplant hatten. ParkplĂ€tze direkt am Hotel sind oft belegt, allerdings findet man in unmittelbarer...
"Inicialmente fiquei decepcionado pois no ato de reserva havia informado que havia estacionamento disponĂvel (independente de pago ou nao). Chegando la perguntei por estacionamento e me informaram que nao havia e que teria que deixar o carro na rua. Fiquei 20 procurando vaga na rua a 1.1 km do hotel. Pior de tudo, nao deixaram nem eu deixar as malas antes, tive que andar com elas! Nao recomendo este hotel para quem esta de carro esperando um estacionamento."
