Welcome to Brookside

The house has 4 bedrooms all on the top floor. The Master Bedroom is ensuite, and together with the second bedroom they have access to a balcony where you can relax with a cup of tea and enjoy the stunning countryside views.

Also located on the top floor is a good sized family bathroom with a bath tub and a shower. There are also two separate WCs, one on each floor.

A lovely, new and fully stocked kitchen and dining room compliments the house.

There you will find a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher with an adjacent utility room with a washer and dryer.

Both the dining area and the living room have a log burner, Smart TVs each with a Roku Stick so you can log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV apps using your own account and access the various streaming services.

The house has 5G broadband.

There is a front and rear garden where you can sit back and enjoy the peaceful countryside.

We offer self check-in and check-out, you will find the house keys with an alarm fob in a safe located outside the property. Further instruction will be sent separately just before arrival.

Dogs are welcome, but we would like for them to be kept downstairs.

Please be mindful with children and/or dogs as there are few boundary fences (some are electric) and also there are sheep and lambs in nearby fields.
