Located in the old town, just 50 meters from shops and restaurants, this charming Spanish village house is the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. Nestled between the Sierra de Bernia mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, the house spans three floors (160 m²) with a rooftop terrace and three balconies. Spacious rooms feature traditional Spanish touches. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, heating, and WiFi. Callosa D'Ensarria is an authentic Spanish village, just a 5-minute drive from the Algar waterfalls for swimming, 10 minutes from a public pool, and 15 minutes from Altea and the beaches.



On the ground floor, you'll find the living-dining room with a large corner sofa, TV, fiber-optic WiFi, a dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, oven, and toaster. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with a double bed, mountain views, and a balcony. Both bedrooms have an adjoining sitting area with a sofa bed and an extra dining area. The rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the mountains and the picturesque village. Enjoy direct access to nature at the foot of the Bernia mountains.
