"Kylar was an amazing host with more than any animal loving, outdoor boy could ask for. Alpacas, dogs, axe throwing, and more. The property was perfect for the three of us. Had a great time!"

"We enjoyed our time at Paul’s cabin. Access to both lakes was a pleasant surprise — easy to get to both. Lake Sallie was lovely for floating.Host was VERY quick to respond to our messages (usually within an hour during the day) if we had any issues.I highly recommend this cabin and host if you’re looking for a getaway from the city."

"Looking for a peaceful get away near a lake. Exactly that. Close to town but not too close!"

"Perfect little spot for a family of 4!We’ve stayed on the larger part of Big Pelican previously but preferred this location as it was tucked around on Fish Lake. The place had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation and host was responsive with questions. "

"It was so quiet and peaceful and the host were wonderful right when we got there they had marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers to make s’mores and anytime we need help with anything they were there would definitely rent from them again"

"We had a great experience. The house was gorgeous and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect and private and the host was excellent with communication. We even left something behind and she worked with us too get us our lost items. We will be back next year! "

"Absoultely beautiful place and location! Plenty of room for the family to spread out and have their own space and then all come together for meals and just hanging together. Even the 1yr old grandkid did well! Any communication we needed with the host received a prompt replied to and the one issue was immediately remedied.Definitely plan to come back for another family get together in the future!"

"Cute, colorful little cabin that has a great view of Cormorant Lake. We were only able to stay for one evening, but the cabin was exactly how it was described, which is exactly what we were looking for.We would definitely stay again!"

"We spent a week at a cozy cabin near Waubun, MN, on Elbow Lake, and it was a fantastic experience. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did encounter a small issue with the septic system, but the owner responded promptly and went above and beyond by offering a large refund for the inconvenience without us even asking. Their attentiveness and accommodation made our stay even better. Highly recommended!"

"This home had lots of room and was well stocked. The circular drive made it easier to get on to the road. There were 2 areas to have fires. It is located less than 10 minutes from a couple of parks with playgrounds and the beach. Many restaurants nearby and grocery store less than 10 minutes away."

"The cabin has everything we needed, good WiFi and comfortable furniture and beds, and a good shower. The fish were biting like crazy off the dock. We caught well over 100 during our stay — nice crappies, largemouth bass and rock bass. Great bar/restaurants nearby, including the Long Bridge and Bleacher’s. Both had live music! We would definitely stay here again."

"Matt and Jodie were responsive to our questions and needs. The home and property were great for our purpose and age range (10-68). We enjoyed the pontoon and yard games and the open floor plan allowed us all to watch the Olympics as well as family time. We will definitely book again!"

"Very clean, decently appointed. We were there for a family gathering at my sisters so didn’t need to spend much time which turned out to be good. There is not much beyond the dwelling. The place was very clean and comfortable. However the smell from the well water was pretty over powering. While there was a keurig machine, it would have been nice to have coffee cups available at the property. Overall it served our purpose."
