Villa with pool between the sea and the Gorges du Verdon

In a hill on the edge of the forest and without any vis-à-vis, you can enjoy this peaceful villa for 10 people overlooking the vineyards and the Pennafort Gorges.
The Provençal village of Callas will seduce you at 2.5 km with its typical restaurants, the Michelin-starred restaurant "Les Gorges de Pennafort", the superb bakery and pastry shop of Clotilde, its vineyards, the various shops, the Savonitto soap factory, the old mill with oil and vinegar.
You will also have plenty of activities to plan because we are located between the sea (Sainte Maxime / Frejus at 35 minutes) and the Gorges du Verdon with the pretty village of Moustiers Sainte Marie (Lake of Sainte Croix at 40 minutes). The Lake of Saint Cassien, passing through the country of Fayence, is 40 minutes away.
Nice and Marseille airports are between 1 and 1.5 hours.
The 170 m2 house is on one level with a large living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped open kitchen. There are two bedrooms with two single beds and three bedrooms with double beds of 160 and 180 x 200cm. Two bathrooms and two separate WCs.
Outside you can enjoy a large covered pergola of 30 m2 with gas barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.
What a pleasure to cool off in a secure above-ground pool measuring 7m by 5m. Pool maintenance once a week is included.
