Next to the living room is a hallway leading to the bedroom, the bathroom, and the separate toilet.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 1.60 × 2 m (2 mattresses), a closet, a dresser, and curtains.
From the bedroom, you can access the second terrace.

The bathroom features a window, shower, sink, washing machine, clothes rack, and ventilation.

The toilet is separate.

A beautiful half-wooden spiral staircase leads to a loft, which features a play area for children.
From there, you can access two additional bedrooms, which are furnished as follows:
Left bedroom with door: Two single beds 0.8 × 2 m, clothes rod, 1 dresser, curtains.
Right bedroom with door: Two single beds 0.8 × 2 m, dresser, curtains.

In the spacious, beautifully landscaped garden with mature trees, you can truly unwind while your children bake wonderful sand cakes in the sandbox and your dog romps through the garden.

There is a parking space on the property.
