Jervis Shores - Stunning absolute beachfront

"Jervis Shores" is a stunning, immaculate and magnificent tri-level absolute beachfront town house offering stylish, comfortable accommodation for up to 7 persons. A tranquil paradise tucked away (worlds best kept secret!) at a gorgeous location on the most northern point of Callala Bay. (the most secluded and quietest) Kookaburra's perch on the branch's virtually in your backyard watching you "while the hours away" in paradise!

The views are magnificent and the beach less than a minute stroll from the back door. White sandy beaches and clear blue water stretch across the bay in front of you. Swimming is great for children with gorgeous sand and calm waters.

Dolphins frolic and pelicans occasional glide down to check out the latest fare. Pace will step back as you settle in and relax with a glass of bubbly or a good brew.

As you enter the property, walk up the steps the world opens up when the blue of the bay appears through the glass before you! Breath taking indeed!

The house is architecturally designed with family friendly comfort in mind. 3 levels with privacy for guests in 3 well appointed bedrooms and separate bathroom (King size room with en suite).

Sailing boats bob up and down in the bay as the day goes on. What a way to spend a holiday!

Jervis Shores top level, offers a very large master bedroom with king size bed, split system air conditioning and en suite spa bathroom.

Second bedroom with queen sized bed and a third bedroom with a set of bunks and one single bed.

Luxurious "Sheridan" bed linen and bath towels are all provided as well as toiletries.

Cot and high chair are available upon request.

There is a supply of magazines, books and an Xbox 360 for entertainment. Stream thousands of movies or songs with Netflix and Spotify access on the smart TV.

The living area is open plan with stunning views of the bay with large glass windows and access glass door which spreads out to the large patio area overlooking the bay.


Contemporary, well appointed kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, plunger (with a range of teas, coffee and coffee pods provided) as well as an oven and cook top.

Second large bathroom on downstairs level adjacent to two bedrooms.

Eagles nest office alcove with broadband internet connectivity for working remotely if required

Boat parking space and large lockable single garage.

Laundry with washing machine, iron and board

Electric BBQ (Balcony)

For the boats: Callala Bay provides a wide concrete low gradient boat ramp. Adjacent is a long jetty for viewing or fishing.

Why not take a trip across the magnificent waters to Long Beach for a picnic. Clear blue water and the whitest sand you will see! A paradise awaiting.

There is a well equipped IGA store, Liquor store, paper shop, takeaway,pizza shop and cafe in Callala Bay's shopping centre (2 minutes drive or a 10 minute walk away).

Nearby Callala Beach has a Golf Club and there are a few more small eateries there.

Currarong (about 15 minutes east by car) has a gorgeous fish restaurant called "Zac's". Bookings for dinner required.

Greenwell Point and Culburra offer more restaurants (Pelican Rocks at Greenwell Point) has won the best fish and chips in Australia award this year.

Culburra has a large Woolworths supermarket and there is a bakery and variety of other small shops. Nowra of course has a large Woolworths, Coles, IGA supermarket for all your supplies.

Great location, nice and tidy. We had a good time staying at this property. Owner was nice and friendly, and always prompt in responding to messages. Will definitely recommend to friends.

This property is true to advertising, is only steps away from the beach, and in a great location. Great for our family over the Christmas period, there was plenty of room, and the main bedroom with ensuite upstairs was lovely. I was taken aback at no window coverings, but very quickly got used to the light. The property had everything we needed, linen and towels supplied, just had to take our beach towels. We made use of the clothes line, and side courtyard to store our beach toys etc we used in the creek, which was only minutes walk from the property, and great swimming at high tide. I would recommend this property, and would certainly stay here again.

i rented this property because of its location, but the property itself was also lovely. the main bedroom (in which i stayed) is set at the top level, and you have total privacy but also feel quite connected to nature. it was lovely to hear the waves at night, and the beach that is just a short walk out the back gate is just marvellous... so quiet!

This fabulous holiday stay has views of the bay and is separated from the sand by a thin strip of bush. The split level villa is extremely well equipped with all bases covered for a family stay. There are quality appliances in the kitchen with everything a cook would need minus the food! A quite nook in a small complex, it was surprisingly quiet and perfectly relaxing. It was super clean and very comfortable and the off street parking and a locked garage are added bonuses. A lovely and relaxing place to stay.

Modern tri-level townhouse in an exquisite 'beach meets bush' location. The home is very clean and comfortable and is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. We appreciated having a private lock up garage with internal entry to the house, bed and bath linens were provided and were of good quality, and and we made good use of the electric bbq and table setting on the front deck. The beach itself is super clean with white sand and crystal clear water. We slept to the sound of waves and the smell of the ocean. Callalla Bay shopping centre is minutes away and has all amenities.

We were looking for a quiet week at the beach. The back of the property faces onto a narrow strip of bush, and then the beach. There are so many km of beach, and so few people, that it may as well be a private beach. The property is at the north end of Callala bay, so there are even fewer people than the ( already quiet) "center". The house is part of a block of three, with air-conditioning for the master bedroom upstairs and an open plan living area facing the water. The Owners were prompt and helpful with everything we asked. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, without being to far from a shop, it is ideal.

Great stay! Home away from home!

From the initial booking, Wendy was a pleasure to deal with. She was very fast to respond to all of my queries and even gave me an alternate route to Jervis Shores based on the roads closed due to the bushfires. A welcome bottle of wine and chocolates was also a nice touch. The house is located less than a minutes walk to Callala Bay which has a lovely and peaceful beach perfect for little ones without the waves. It’s located in a peaceful street but with plenty of privacy. Containing a fully equipped kitchen meant that we didn’t have to leave from the moment we checked in - and lucky for that as we would’ve stayed longer if we could have. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back.

Ideal position for Callala Bay beach. Lovely apartment - very comfortable main bedroom with best bath I've used. Effective aircon in main bedroom. Brilliant lighting throughout. well and generously stocked kitchen. I was delighted to find a tea-pot. Also coffee plunger and cling wrap and salt and pepper. A really considerate gesture was to provide washing-up gloves. Crockery and cutlery all nice to use. and plentiful. living space very bright, light and airy, comfortable, spacious and fresh. Wendy always responsive and helpful. Only niggle that some windows in the main bedroom and one of the downstairs bedrooms had no blinds or curtains.
