"The house is beautiful and all ammenties were great . If you have big vehicles and not tiny cars -‘parking is an issue. We were concerned about parking on street and on side street - but had problems with our vehicles there . A disappointment to us is no TVs in bedrooms . Hai t all adults gather together - tv would have been nice for everyone’s taste . Backyard is an oasis ! The neighborhood was quiet and th house Inviting and new . We had no problems with communication at all with...

"The house is nice and clean. The host is very good at responding in a timely manner. The only reason for giving less stars is because the AC wasn't working and with Bakersfield heat it is essential. The host let me know the day of our trip and he did try to get it fixed during our stay but it's something that should have been looked into before hand."
