Recently renovated, Vila nos Prazeres is a charming holiday home offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. The accommodation features three bedrooms, each with a double bed, all located on the first floor. A modern bathroom with a shower is situated in the hallway on this floor, while a second bathroom with a shower is available on the ground floor for added convenience.

The ground floor also includes a cosy living room, perfect for socialising with family and friends, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area for practical meal preparation and dining. Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, a relaxing garden, and a dedicated barbecue area ideal for outdoor grilling.

Vila nos Prazeres provides private parking for two cars and accommodates up to six people. Air conditioning in all rooms ensures a pleasant atmosphere throughout your stay.

AREA
Located in the parish of Prazeres, Calheta, the property is close to attractions such as Quinta Pedagógica dos Prazeres and the local market, with several restaurants and mini-markets nearby. The municipality of Calheta, about 10 minutes away, offers the Casa das Mudas museum, Engenho da Calheta, and a sandy beach with a supermarket and various dining options. Funchal is approximately 45 minutes by car, and Madeira - Cristiano Ronaldo International Airport is about 60 minutes away.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners, offering a more affordable option than airport taxis. If renting a car, the property is easily found using any navigation app.

Guests have access to all areas of the property.

Support is always available for questions or assistance. An app is provided with important property information and useful tips for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available upon request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A municipal tourist fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person/stay), will be charged. A payment link will be provided upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
