The property offers a pleasant shared outdoor area with a pool, garden, and barbecue facilities. The pool is open daily from 11:00 to 19:00, accessible via the main entrance of the house. The accommodation is about five minutes from Vigia Beach and the Jardim do Mar seafront promenade. The location also allows you to reach some of the island’s most popular destinations in about 20 minutes. The units are rooms, not apartments, and do not have a kitchen. Families with children are welcome and towels are provided free of charge. You will find various artworks by the owner on site. Upon request, you can also visit an art space with lovely gardens. Free public parking is available nearby. Pets, smoking, and parties or events are not allowed.
