This delightful 250 m2 three-storey property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. This beautifully designed space is filled with natural light and located just moments from the beach, creating a welcoming and stylish retreat. Every detail has been carefully chosen to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The living area features a cosy sitting space where guests can enjoy their favourite shows after a day of exploring. A charming dining table provides the perfect spot for shared meals and great conversations.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, making it an ideal space for cooking and spending time together.

Two of the bedrooms are modern and inviting, each with a comfortable king-size bed, generous storage, and a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The third bedroom includes a cozy queen-size bed and plenty of storage, ensuring a restful and well-organized stay.

A shared bathroom in the hallway has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

This stunning outdoor area is designed for comfort and leisure, offering breathtaking ocean views. Guests can unwind on the stylish sun loungers, soak up the sunshine, or take a refreshing dip in the inviting private pool. The space is beautifully furnished with a cosy seating area, perfect for sipping a morning coffee or enjoying an evening drink while taking in the serene surroundings. Lush greenery and palm trees enhance the tropical ambience, creating an idyllic retreat for those seeking both style and tranquillity.

There is no public transportation nearby, so the best way to explore the city is by car. There is free parking on the street in front of the house.

Madeira Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
