"The condo itself was fine and close to BMO Center, but the fob to enter the building and to use the elevator did not work. We contacted the hosts immediately and several times thereafter and were promised a new one, which did not happen. It was very inconvenient entering with code that often had to be entered several times and with a time limit to get up to the unit, causing us to have to return to lobby to start process again.
