"The unit itself was really nice and clean and looked to be newly renovated. However, the upstairs tenants were really loud, late into the evening and the floors were also pretty squeaky and load. Unfortunately at check in the keypad didn’t work. Luckily the cleaning staff was just finishing so it worked out an I was able to access the property. But at checkout I had no way to lock the door unless I took the key with me which I did. But then I was asked to travel back to the property to return it...

"The property is in an area which is not the greatest, and there is no parking! I was uncomfortable leaving my car parked in the area. The check-in was horrific, way too many directions and emails. I was on vacation, the last thing I wanted to be doing is responding to all the emails that they were sending with what i needed to do to prepare for the next guest!! yes they wanted you to basically clean the room, turn on the dishwasher, put the washer on with your towels .. i felt like I was doing...

"This property has so much potential. The beds were very comfortable! But some downsides. It’s very steep stairs and the light doesn’t come on until half way down. It’s a hazard. We didn’t have the right password for the wifi and it did get corrected, but since we arrived late, we ended up not watching TV- which we had wanted to do- because the owner was working. Also there were no towels in the place and so they were going to drop off the next day, which did not happen until after we left. Plus...

"As advertised. Great location & in-suite amenities. Well kept. Portable A/C available, but no dedicated way to vent it (difficult)."

"We really enjoyed staying here. It was clean, quiet and safe. The beds were comfortable and we had great communication with our host. We would be happy to stay again next time we're in the area! Thank you Eva!"
