The Neighborhood:
The Beltline community in Calgary is a vibrant and eclectic neighborhood known for its mix of residential, commercial, and cultural spaces. Located just south of downtown, it features tree-lined streets, historic buildings, trendy boutiques, art galleries, and a diverse range of dining options. The area is home to a young, dynamic population and offers a variety of parks, including the popular Tomkins Park. With its close proximity to downtown and an increasing number of modern developments, the Beltline is a lively and desirable place to live, work, and explore.
Getting Around:
Getting around downtown Calgary is convenient and efficient, thanks to its well-connected public transit system and walkable streets. The Calgary Transit Light Rail Transit (LRT) offers quick access to key areas, with both the Red and Blue lines serving downtown stations. Buses are also widely available, making it easy to navigate the city. For those who prefer to walk or bike, downtown Calgary is pedestrian-friendly, with dedicated bike lanes and paths. Additionally, the downtown core is compact, allowing visitors and residents to easily explore restaurants, shops, and attractions on foot.

There is AC in the unit, however it is seasonally control by the building.

You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal. We look forward to your stay!
We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: 1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. 2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay. These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.
Interaction with Guests:
Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.
