The Great Grizzly Getaway

Relax at this peaceful place overlooking the mountains. You will love this spacious house, from the chick rustic kitchen to the cozy fireplace. French doors on dining area open to a humongous deck, and you can enjoy your own treed yard space.
25 min-downtown, 30 min-airport, 25 min-Kananaskis, 50 min-Nakiska Ski Area. Endless snowboarding, skiing, hiking, mountain biking paths; the sky is the limit.
Day trips: Banff (1 hr), Lake Louise (1:45 min), Abraham Lake (3 hrs), Castle Falls (2.5 hr)

The space
You will love the drive out to this getaway, in the rolling hills just west of Calgary. This house is in a fenced and treed yard, and is attached to another house in the same yard. You will have your own parking lot, private yard and deck space, and private doors into the house.
Inside is a large entrance to welcome you, and around the corner is the kitchen which is open concept to the living and dining room. The master bedroom boasts an oversized walk-in closet and bathroom with large shower.
French doors lead out to the giant deck and the back yard. (Please note that beyond the temporary fence is private property) The basement is cozy and with brand new carpet… there you will find a bedroom with bunk beds for the kids, also a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a den with a comfy couch that converts into a bed. Roku TV and board games add to the comfort of the den. There are 2 full bathrooms down here including a bath tub.
You can relax and enjoy the quiet here at the getaway, or be a short drive away from many city or mountain adventures!

Guest access
As soon as you pull into the driveway, you can park on your right in front of the house. The main door is located up the steps and on the deck. There are outside sitting areas on this deck as well as the back deck, and you can enjoy the yard that is surrounding the house, including the hammock (in the summer time) and basketball net.

Other things to note
There is one other house in the same yard which is attached (like a large duplex) and the yard space beyond the temporary fencing is private property belonging to the other house.
