Welcome to our incredible townhome with a Rooftop deck. It offers spacious living quarters to enjoy both working and vacation time. Easy access to all major roads. Minutes to Foothills Medical Centre, Downtown, shops, restaurants, and stunning walking and biking paths. This property is fully loaded with everything you'll need; AC, BBQ, HIGH SPEED WI-FI, and free parking. The location is ideal for tourists, professionals, and reunions. The property is equipped to accommodate professionals, families with kids, and only a hypoallergenic pet friendly. NO PARTIES HERE!
The home is brand new, features the two-tone modern kitchen with quartz countertops, marble backsplash and high-end black stainless-steel appliances, & a stairwell that extends through all 4 floors - must be seen. 8' solid doors throughout, 10' ceilings. Wide plank white oak hardwood, a dedicated dining space and private rear entry make for an open but intimate plan. The property has beautiful furnishings, clean contemporary lines, and lots of natural light.
The unit offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, rec/office room and an open concept kitchen/ living area ideal for entertaining/ family time. The property is in Hill Hurst, next to Kensington, minutes from shops, newly opened FreshCO with great choices and prices, and restaurants & cafe - Lodge, Dairy Lane Cafe, Made by Marcus & Gelato cafe, coffee shops & YYC burger place. You can walk further to the Kensington plaza and downtown or UBER can always help - 10$ to downtown. There's a big Mall shopping area up on the hill - a couple min ride or 15-20 minute walk.

The Space: the ground floor features a spacious sitting area with comfy couches and a chair and 60" TV, a dining space, a modern kitchen, and half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, tea pot, coffee machine, dishware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, and much more. The 2nd floor features two bedrooms, both with en-suites, and the laundry room. The master bedroom offers plenty of space and comes with a comfy king-size bed, walk-in closet and European style en-suite bathroom, a glass walk-in steam shower, 2 sinks, and a toilet. Second bedroom features a queen-size bed, closet, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub. The upstairs also offers an easily accessible laundry room with a washing and drying machine.
The fully finished basement with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and recreational space with a couch. The top floor enjoys an awesome family area with plenty of sitting and a pull out couch, TV, and a beautiful deck/patio overlooking Hillhurst.
Our property is quiet, safe, and suitable for families with kids of all ages (including babies/ infants). You will find everything you need to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. If needed the property offers a baby bath, baby gates, changing table, high chair, a pack-and-play, kids’ cups and plates. The property is in close proximity to a playground, walking paths, and stunning views of the downtown skyline. Families with kids are welcome! The property is also ideal for remote workers, featuring High Speed WIFI, a desk, numerous power outlets, a comfortable chair, and an easy access to all major roads and Downtown.
We accept well behaved/trained pets but limit pet acceptance to hypoallergenic non shedding pets. Guests with pets, please let us know you are brining your pets, thank you!
Our team of experts is on hand to ensure your stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and always strive to provide the best experience. Location: Nestled in Hill Hurst, next to trendy Kensington, is minutes from shopping boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. Parking: Street parking is FREE and preferred. Garage is available in winter time upon request.
Amenities: Easily accessible walking/biking paths along the Bow River, lazy river rafting during summer, and many public parks. The property includes an outdoor sitting area, Rooftop deck/patio, barbecue and patio lights.
House Rules: NO PARTIES. QUIET HOURS from 9PM TO 7 AM - CALGARY BYLAWS. All guests spending the night must be authorized. Unauthorized visitors overnight will result in a $200 fine. Self-Check-in with keypad 3:00PM. Checkout: 11:00 a.m. No smoking.
TV: There should be 2 remotes; Use the big black remote to turn on tv, then use the small gray remote to turn on the Apple TV then click on the TV bouton and you will get a list of apps to choose from.

This house was squeaky clean and perfectly outfitted for our stay! We all loved having a bathroom to ourselves. We were 2 couples and a single so it suited us perfectly. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. We had several dinners at the house and enjoyed using the bbq. The location was perfectly suited to where we needed it to be. We will happily book again!

Family stay for a wedding

The house was wonderful and spacious, with lots of bathrooms. A couple of minor complaints were a shortage of towels for a 5 day stay (had to do laundry)Husband had to tighten up towel paper holders (Were falling off) and the glass coffee table was loose and had to be tightened Outside play area was not good, yard maintenance seemed to be lacking.

Awesome Calgary getaway.

Fantastic Townhome in a Great Area with Great Amenities

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-supplied townhome in a great area of Calgary. The home was spotless and thoughtfully stocked, including plenty of extra linens. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the bonus room and the rooftop patio, which made a perfect spot for morning coffee.The location is fantastic—many things are within walking distance, and we really enjoyed having a dog park nearby. There are also great amenities close by, making everything super convenient. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Calgary!

West Hillhurst Stay

I rented this house for my son, daughter in law, grandson and me. I was attracted to the house as it is centrally located in a great neighbourhood and had amenities for toddlers. It did not disappoint. the house is modern and spacious and has a reasonably well kitted kitchen. Communication with the owner was seamless. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary and looking for a place in a walkable neighbourhood.

Easy check in/out and property owner was fast with replies to any questions. The AC worked well for the height of summer but you will need to be aware what floor you are on affects temperature. All amenities mentioned were present and the place was clean.

Easy access

The location allowed easy access to main roads in Calgary which made getting around very easy. The unit was perfect for the 8 of us with the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Only potential negative is that there are a lot of stairs to get to all four floors. Beautiful place to stay.
