Nice clean and good sized room. Building under renovation. Great breakfast. Easy walk to downtown and restaurants. Stayed for three nights and would repeat again.

The room was lovely and the stay was great up until the point of checkout. I received a voicemail saying they’re charging me $150 for damages on a picture frame. I called them to inquire and they said they were going to send a picture. A picture never came and they have not answered any more of my calls. I was provided with no evidence or explanation. I have called 6 times and they keep telling me that the manager is busy. I would love to get this resolved.

the place was not clean. The sheets and stuff had holes in them. we did not even stay 10 mins and we left. no refund was done just our deposit and even he said that would take few days to receive. I wouldn’t recommend this if u have kids and are planning to stay with kids. I find the parking spot was not safe either. Safety was not as well. The hotel doorknob barely worked well… very bad experience will never go

The bathroom and shower was not great. The shower was old, and leaked all over the floor. It just seemed old, and cheaply renovated.

Overall the stay was good. They were renovating from a recent fire, which did not impact my stay. They room was clean but older and getting somewhat worn down.

They booked us a 2 queen bed unit, unfortunately one of the bed is broken. BUT, they moved us quickly to a new unit where everything worked fine. still worth it.

We stayed for one night so we could enjoy a birthday with our son. Property was great location and reasonable priced. Breakfast was amazing with hot options. Calgary has a homeless problem so there were some by dumpsters but didn't affect our stay. Would definitely stay again.

I had the WORST experience with holiday inn i booked my room and was denied getting my room that i paid for and the manager denied my refund and was EXTREMELY rude about the whole situation he did not even give me time to explain before he denied my refund. I am very displeased having paid for a room that theybdidnt even let me stay in with NO refund even tho i had paid EXTRA for cancelation insurance this is my worst experience with holiday inn and i have stayed with holiday inn MANY times

Was in a busy area. The city view from the window is a parking lot, the parking is tight and the place was under renovation. In the morning you can hear the planes flying directly overhead even though we were 20 mins from airport the flight path is directly over.Due to renovations, the water was brown when first ran but cleared up after a few minutes. The positives from this place are the rooms were spacious and nice and the breakfast was good. Also parking is free unlike others that charge $20. Be advised that there is no pool but an exercise room only.

Horrible experience, The whole interior was being rebuild because a mattres fire. Construction crews constantly working on shared areas, wirings outside for people to risk to touch them, dust and paint smells. The bathroom ceiling leaked water on top of the toilet making it impossible to sit like a decent human being. The balcony had no blinds so everyone on the building in front could see all you business. Bed sheets were with stains and pillow had red dots like blood or ketchup, or whatever horrible stain could that be. My stay was supposed to be with breakfast inculded and I did not have the minimum trust of what could be inside the food, so I did not go for it. The parkade, even thought with an automated door and a passcode, would say that they would not be responsible for your car because there were constant car break ins. No idea how they would enter the building even with a garage door and passcode. I have no idea how that establishment can be part of the Holiday Inn hotel chain. I have a complete different experience with the one at the airport area.

Nothing like the photos. There was a previous fire so under renovation. Shame on expedia. This hotel reminded me of the crack hotels in Surrey and Vancouver. So embarrassing to take my wife there.

Hotel is currently undergoing renovations on the main floor( possibly more ). A note on the elevator door stated that it was due to a mattress fire. I was on the 7th floor. My room looked clean over all but there was long hair in the shower that was hanging from a rail attached to the wall. The hotel is in a downtown location, So I heard fire trucks and emergency crews often during the evening and early morning.

The hotel was under construction. No proper sign to get in. Staff was unprofessional, not helpful and not friendly at all. It was my first stay at holiday inn and won’t come back.
