Other Things to Note:

This is a family home in the heart of NW Calgary. It has been well lived in and well loved. It is not brand new. The backyard is not fully fenced in. The ensuites are mostly showers (not bathtubs) there is only 1 bath. The dining table is suitable for 6 people, and there are 2 chairs at the kitchen counter. I suggest bringing extra chairs and foldable table if you wish to seat more people for dinner.
