This bright, comfortable, and pet-friendly 2-bedroom upper unit is thoughtfully designed for guests looking for a clean, relaxing, and convenient stay in a central Calgary location.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a pull-out couch in the living room. The king bedroom includes a 50” TV, making it a perfect place to unwind privately, while the living room includes a 55” TV and cozy seating for relaxing after a day in the city.

The living room has a warm and inviting feel with comfortable seating, a large TV, soft accents, and plenty of space to gather. The dining area offers a great spot for meals, coffee, working on a laptop, or planning your day. The full kitchen includes the essentials needed for an easy stay, whether you’re making a quick breakfast or preparing a meal at home.

The space also includes one full bathroom, fresh linens, towels, and a clean, welcoming setup throughout. The design uses warm wood tones, soft whites, and deep green accents to create a cozy and stylish feel.

This home is pet friendly, so your furry family member is welcome to join you. We kindly ask that pets are included on the reservation, are not left unattended, are kept off furniture and bedding, and that guests clean up after them during the stay.

The location is one of the best parts of this home. You’ll be close to the Calgary Zoo, TELUS Spark Science Centre, Max Bell Arena, Inglewood, downtown Calgary, and Deerfoot Trail, making it easy to get around whether you’re here for work, events, family, sports, or a weekend getaway.

Please note this is the upper unit of the home. There is a separate lower unit on the property, but your living space is private and separate.

You’ll be near the Calgary Zoo, TELUS Spark Science Centre, Max Bell Arena, Inglewood, downtown Calgary, and Deerfoot Trail. This makes the location great for families, workers, sports guests, event guests, and anyone looking to explore Calgary.

Inglewood is just a short drive away and is one of Calgary’s most loved neighbourhoods, known for local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, boutique shopping, live music, and a great community feel.

Downtown Calgary is also nearby for business, events, dining, entertainment, nightlife, and city exploring. Whether you’re here for work, hockey, a family trip, an event, or a weekend getaway, this location makes it easy to get where you need to go while still having a comfortable place to relax.

Guests will have access to the entire upper unit, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, and all included amenities.

This is a private upper unit with its own living space. The lower unit is separate and not included with this booking.

Guests are also welcome to use the backyard during their stay. Please note the backyard is a shared space, and there may be other pets on the property at times. We kindly ask guests to be mindful, respectful, and to clean up after their pets. 😊

Parking is available with free street parking in front of the home, as well as 1 additional parking spot behind the house. Please note there are 4 units on the property and 4 rear parking spots total, so each unit has access to one spot behind the home.

Check-in instructions will be sent before arrival to make everything simple and stress-free.

We want your stay to feel easy, comfortable, and stress-free.

We give guests their space, but we are always available through the Airbnb app if anything comes up or if you have any questions during your stay. Please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help and want you to have a wonderful visit. 😊

Parking includes free street parking and 1 additional parking spot behind the house. Because there are 4 units on the property, there are 4 rear parking spots total. Please only use the one designated spot for this unit when parking behind the home.

This home is pet friendly. Pets must be included on the reservation and approved before arrival. We kindly ask that pets are kept off all furniture and bedding, are not left unattended in the home, and that guests clean up after them.

Guests are welcome to use the backyard during their stay. Please note the backyard is a shared space, and there may be other pets on the property at times.

Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply for pet stains, accidents, excessive pet hair, yard cleanup, damage, or extra cleaning required.

We kindly ask guests to be respectful of the home, the neighbours, and any guests staying in the separate lower unit.

No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted.

Quiet hours are in place to help keep the home peaceful for everyone. 10PM - 7AM

No smoking or vaping inside the home.
Please note smoking or vaping will result in additional cleaning charges of $500.00

Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Unapproved guests will result in a charge of $100 per person per night over occupancy.

HOUSE RULES

Welcome! We’re glad to have you here. Please share these rules with everyone in your group so they know the quiet hours, parking arrangements and how to lock up when they leave.

🕒 Check-in & check-out
You’re welcome to check in anytime after 3:00 p.m. Please check out by 11:00 a.m. so our cleaning team has time to prepare the suite for the next guests.

Early check-in and late check-out require our approval in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to an additional night’s charge.

🔒 Locking the door
Please leave the door handle unlocked at all times. We don’t provide a key for the handle, so locking it can prevent you from getting back inside. To secure the suite, follow the locking instructions in your check-in message. Additional charges may apply if the door handle is locked.

🌙 Quiet hours & gatherings
Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. There are other suites at the property, so please keep music, TV and voices low during these hours, especially around the entrances and outdoors.

Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted at any time. A $500 charge applies if you host a party at the property.

👥 Guests & occupancy
The suite accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Everyone staying overnight must be included in the reservation. Please contact us for approval before changing your guest count. Unauthorized additional guests are subject to a charge of $100 per person, per night.

The person who made the reservation must stay at the property. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

🐾 Pets
We welcome up to 2 dogs per stay. Cats are not permitted. Please pick up after your dogs outside and clean up any accidents indoors. Additional charges may apply for pet messes or stains.

🚭 Smoking & vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the suite. A $500 charge applies for smoking indoors.

🚗 Parking
Please use only the parking areas described in your check-in message. Keep neighbouring driveways, walkways and entrances clear. Garage access is available only if it’s included in your listing.

🏡 Looking after the home
Please let us know promptly about any spills, damage or maintenance issues so we can take care of them. If you need anything during your stay, send us a message. We’re happy to help.
