The owner met us and was really sweet! we were worried about the car and asked for him to open the garage but then the power went out due to a rainstorm yet he still came out and tried to open the garage for us (even though it didn’t work) it was an amazing stay!! we all had an awesome time"

"I was happy to find these accommodations, as everything was booking up so fast. I was visiting town in June for 2 weeks for a school certification and able to stay in 3 different rooms in this one building. They were very accommodating and i was grateful to have a place to lay my head."

"This place was a lovely surprise. It looked a little sketchy from the outside, but inside was very clean, with many nice touches - croissants, PBJ, a coffee grinder, great coffee maker, and all the appliances worked! There's lots of seating room, and the best TV I've seen in any kind of rental accommodation! We had one small issue (a blown breaker) that Kassa responded to right away.I'm happy to recommend this home!"

"My mom and I had a great stay. The pictures show the home and the price was comparable with the size and # rooms. I was within walking distant to the Stampede Stadium (20 min walk) and parking was never an issue outside the apartment in the evenings. My mom is 75 and she had a tough time navigating the steep steps to the apartment, so make sure you don't miss the step about the steps in the description. I had missed it. But she survived. lol. Great hosts too. "

"Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). The apartment was very clean, all appliances and utensils in good condition. Bathroom was clean and new. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Navii Estates and would recommend it to family, family with kids or...

"It's a very nice property with laundry and other amenities in a quiet neighbourhood. Definitely appreciated being able to walk to shopping and restaurants.Everything was very clean."
