Great place but it was not very clean. PM said theyd be checking on the cleaners. Its a duplex and the neighbors dog barked non stop for the first couple hours we were there. Hope those things can get taken care of.

Excellent TownHome!!
We came to watch our son play in the High School State Soccer Championships in Caldwell. The fields were a short walk from the townhome, and we were able to bring our two dogs with us. They loved the backyard. Everything was so clean, had everything we needed, and we felt very comfortable with two dogs, a 16 year old and 12 year old. My husband brought his work laptop, and used the corner workstation in the livingroom. The only annoying thing was the neighbors dogs barked constantly. However, you cannot hear them from inside the townhome, only when you went outside. So no biggie. All grocery stores are super close by, and you can head to Nampa for all the shops really easily on the freeway.

Couple Weekend
Perfect place for couples weekend get away! It had everything we need and more for our stay to be comfortable! Great nights of sleep, excellent table for playing games and having conversations! Bright, Clean, Charming! Will visit again!

Comfortable.
Stayed four days and nights ate most of our meals in the unit because the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The unit was cool even though the outside temperatures were in the upper 80s. Very comfortable.

Just what we needed!
This rental renewed my feelings about renting homes (as our last house me was really bad), & it was affordable! Clean, comfortable beds, all kitchen & bathroom necessities, quiet family friendly neighborhood, & great location. Will definitely rent here again on our next trip back to Caldwell.

Great place, noisy dogs
Place was exactly as described online. Roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. Only issue was that the neighbors dogs never stopped barking the entire time, all night!

Great For Our Needs
Bryce and Callie were great hosts. They informed us of upcoming events in the area and responded quickly to any questions.
The rental itself is in a quiet, well kept neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there was almost no vehicle traffic. The coded locks made entering and exiting so much easier than fumbling with keys!
The home was perfect for our group of four that stayed here, but was still roomy enough for more when our son (who lives in the area), dropped by with wife and two small kiddos between events. With two bedrooms & two baths, there was plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen is spacious enough to cook in: even with three other people walking in occasionally. It was nice having a full-size refrigerator to hold food & drinks for a week. The dishwasher runs quietly as do the washer and dryer which is nice when you are trying to visit nearby.
The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, the towels were super plush and comfy, and we never ran out of hot water even when showers and laundry were taking place at the same time.
The week went by in a whirlwind, but this home was nice to return to at the end of the day... Thank you, Bryce & Callie!!
