House 7 was built for relaxation and enjoying nature with the family; it is warm and bright, and you can enjoy beautiful views from the different rooms in the house.
The property is located within a private gated community, along with seven other houses.
On the first floor, there is a living room, a dining room, and an open kitchen fully equipped with all the utensils you’ll need. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with two double beds and a full guest bathroom. Outside the house, there is a private garden with a space for bonfires, another for barbecuing, a hammock, and additional tables and chairs for your comfort.
On the second floor, there is a living room with a TV and some board games, a bedroom with two double beds, a full bathroom, and the master bedroom, which features a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and a TV.

The common areas you can enjoy within the condominium include: the parking lot (1 vehicle), a volleyball court, and the pool. We do not allow pets due to condominium regulations.
We are located in a quiet, rural area, a 5-minute drive from the main road.
SINCE WE ARE NOT IN AN URBAN AREA, electricity or water service may occasionally be limited or restricted. The road to the house is a dirt track: unpaved and without sidewalks; depending on the season, access may be difficult.
On the main road, you’ll find several convenience stores with essential goods of excellent quality, as well as some restaurants and cafes. You can also easily catch public transportation to Calca, Urubamba, and other larger towns where there are natural and tourist attractions.
