Holiday Home 'Cri' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Air Conditioning

The holiday home “Cri” is independent and offers a sea view, a well-equipped garden, and ample free street parking in front of the entrance gate. The property features a fenced and paved outdoor area, a gazebo equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, outdoor shower, and beach chairs.



On the ground floor you will find a living room, kitchenette, full bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom, and a crib. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an additional single bed (suitable for a child up to 14 years), a small bedroom with a single bed, a small bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and mirror, as well as a covered veranda. All beds are of high quality.



Please note: Only one infant is allowed and must be included in the maximum number of guests.



All windows have mosquito nets. The house is close to the center and all essential services.



The “Sotto Torre” beach can also be reached on foot, as it is about 900 meters from the house. It has shallow waters and crystal-clear sea, with a beautiful view of the Island of San Pietro. Nearby you will also find Le Saline, Spiaggia Grande, and Cala Lunga, all with kiosks and related services. A shuttle service to the beaches is available (for an extra fee).



For those who love cliffs, the island offers many coves and, depending on the wind, always a sheltered spot. In the area, you can enjoy windsurfing, kitesurfing, trekking, scuba diving, horse riding, canoeing and sailing lessons, and fishing.



Wi-Fi is not available, but mobile data reception is good.



The manager will ask you to sign a private contract and pay the tourist tax upon arrival, in accordance with Italian law. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request (available for an extra fee).
