Guest access
Guests have full access to the villa. We do not give the premises to more than one party at a time so you have exclusive use of the villa. The triple bedroom will be lcoked during your entire stay.
Other things to note
Shared Pool: Phase 1 and Phase 2 each have private entrances and parking, but the central swimming pool is shared between the two villas.

3. To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, fireworks, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
4. Hosting events (e.g., weddings, anniversaries, DJ nights, or similar) requires prior government approvals. Kindly contact us in advance for guidance and assistance.
5. Valuables & personal belongings - The management cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please use the digital locker & secure all doors/windows.
7. Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
