The villa is located on Holiday Street which is lined with eateries and is 2 minutes walk from Calangute Beach. This modern stylishly furnished 7 bedroom villa has 7 en suite bathrooms and is in a private property in Calangute. It is ideal for a family or large group looking for hidden luxury without compromising on the highest standards of comfort and service. The beautiful villa with its ultra modern facilities and extensive collection of art and sculptures add to its charm as an ideal getaway all year round.
Each of its 7 elegantly furnished en suite bedrooms are airy and spacious and come with their own seating spaces, ceiling fan, wardrobe, mirror, bedside table and table lamp. The mood lighting creates a relaxing atmosphere. There are 3 master bedrooms each with a King size bed, 3 bedrooms with twin beds (which can come together as a double) and 1 room has triple occupancy.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor so are ideal for people with particular mobility requirements. The other four bedrooms are located on the first floor and each have French windows which lead onto the gallery where you can enjoy a calming view of our carefully maintained lush green gardens. All your comforts have been though about with both day and night curtains, meshed insect blinds, international plug sockets and walk in wardrobes. All bedrooms within the property are serviced by an air conditioning unit and the temperature can be individually controlled in each room. The bedrooms are 5m by 5.40m- the largest you will find in any star hotels in Calangute area.
7 Bathrooms - Each en suite bathroom has understated elegant interiors furnished with a hand basin, large counter, vanity mirror, western style WC, towel rack, health faucet and shower with hot and cold water. Two of the bathrooms have a bath tub. The two honeymoon suites have the bedroom and bathroom separated by a transparent glass, don’t worry if you want additional privacy you can always close the blind. The solar system provides 24 hours of HOT/COLD water.
Kitchen - The smart contemporary kitchen is a great asset for guests looking for self-sufficiency. It offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean granite worktops and fitted cupboards.
AC Living Room - The open plan design of living and dining leads onto a veranda. Enjoy the charming private sit out area with a vista of the swimming pool and enjoy Al fresco dining. The living room has an L shaped sofa, T.V table, a coffee table, 46" LCD TV with HD Tata Sky Mega Package, DVD player, MP3 Player and Home Theater System. The deliciously cool living room and unique artwork all contribute to making your stay at this villa special and memorable.
Dining Room - An elegant, contemporary setting for a delicious dining experience. This is the center of the villa, where you can get together and enjoy the feast you have created. The beautiful dining table hosts comfortable seating for 14 people. A high chair is available free of charge, subject to availability.
Garden - The villa is compounded and has a large garden, ideal for an evening barbecue by the pool. The whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The charming garden is very pretty and well tended. The large lawn area provides lots of space to run around or just sit back and relax on the sun beds. A private courtyard at the back of the villa which offers guests the option of dining outdoors. A gardener maintains the garden area.
Cooking: The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks or delivered by a restaurant for an additional cost. If you wish to opt for a cook, this should be confirmed at the time of the booking. We have limited cooks and it will be difficult to provide the service last minute. Your cook will only be booked once fully payment is made towards this service.
Private Pool - If the rigors of the beach prove too much, your own private pool, with kid’s pool and sun loungers and are on hand. The delightful swimming pool has a safe beach style entry and is complemented by an Elephant Shower which spouts water from its trunk into the swimming pool allowing you to cool off after basking in the sun. The 9m by 4m swimming pool consists of a 2m by 2m kid’s pool and is managed weekly by French company (Desjoyaux Pools Pvt Ltd). The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 2 minute walk to the sea and beach!Rooftop Terrace - Although within easy reach of some of Goa’s best beach bars and restaurants, why not organize a BBQ dinner under the stars on our rooftop terrace or lay on the sun beds to soak up the sun. After a relaxing day at the beach and a wonderful warm shower, enjoy some family time whilst gazing at the stunning sunset. Life is good! Games Room – Furnishes with pool table and board games. Parking – Private gated parking for approximately 4 Saloon cars within the gated complex on the grounds of the villa (Buses strictly not allowed within the premises.)Security – The villa is enclosed by a compound wall with gated access. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security. There are 2 digital safes within the villa.
