Duplex apartment located on the second line of the sea. It is located within a very nice residential complex with a saline community pool, garden and park for the little ones.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 suite with a double bed with access to the balcony and another with a double bed), both have fitted wardrobes. There is a complete bathroom with shower, dining room-living room with kitchen. From there you access by stairs to a rest area with a sofa bed and the large terrace with chillout to spend a few relaxing evenings.
The apartment has ducted air conditioning and heating (aerothermal system). The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, combi fridge and washing machine.
It has free Wi-Fi and community parking with a space in the apartment.

Regulations:
Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
It is not allowed to light candles or use a portable barbecue.
Respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 22:00.
We are located in an exclusively family area and we want respect for our neighbors, for this reason we do not allow the celebration of parties and events of any kind.
The maximum capacity of the house is 4 + 2 people
Only people registered on your reservation and registered with the local police can stay overnight in the house. They can have visitors during the day but without exceeding the capacity limit.
