This third-floor condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy a beautiful view overlooking the Brunswick Plantation golf course.

Each bedroom includes two queen beds, giving families and groups four comfortable queen beds with no sleeper sofa required. Roku-equipped TVs are available in the living room and both bedrooms, so you can sign in to your favorite streaming services. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.

Towels and bed linens are provided. We also provide starter supplies to help make your arrival easy, including travel-size soap and shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, coffee, and dish soap.

Guests have seasonal access to the community pool and fitness center from April through October. Pool availability may occasionally be affected by weather, maintenance, or other community conditions.

Please note: The condo is located on the third floor and is accessed by stairs.

Another thing to note is that the local environment is known to attract insects. Please know our community is committed to top quality pest control and all units are treated regularly. In addition, we spot treat in between. However, we have seen the occasional unwanted guest. In the event an issue arises we are would be happy to address immediately with a pest inspection and treatment or refund the remaining time on your stay once we are notified.

After booking guests will receive a rental agreement in accordance with the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act.
