"We had an excellent holiday at this charming old Villa. The facilities were very good and the Villa was well equipped. The children especially enjoyed the pool and the enormous television set!This property may not be suitable for the elderly or infants because of the steep steps down to the pool. The owner and the estate manager were very helpful."

"Das Haus ist einfach nur ein Traum! Die Lage, die Ausstattung, der unbezahlbare Blick auf die Bucht inklusive Sonnenuntergänge - einfach nur zum Genießen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig. Das fußläufige Restaurant können wir auch empfohlen und für die nötigste Versorgung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Vermieter war sowohl im Vorfeld, als auch vor Ort immer ansprechbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wiede!"

"This is a super Villa. Very well appointed, clean, comfy beds, great showers, amazing pool, and terraces. Living area was enjoyed to play cards in the evening, or a bit of down time for our grand daughters to watch tv, when it was too hot, air conditioning kept them cool. Everything you needed in the kitchen, utensils, crockery, and cutlery. Spacious efficient fridge/freezer. Dishwasher a godsend! We all had the most relaxing, and enjoyable time. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Port d'Alcudia sehr genossen. Besonders die Architektur, Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Hauses haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ebenso ist die kurze Laufdistanz zu Strand, Supermarkt und Panaderia positiv anzumerken. Leider sind die großflächigen Fenster des Hauses extrem schalldurchlässig, so dass einem keine Belieferung des nahgelegenen Supermarktes am frühen Morgen entgeht. Ansonsten ist diese Ferienunterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen."

"The villa is wonderful, perfect for our family. Large bedrooms, great living areas and we enjoyed the outside space by the pool. The pool is a great size. It has two additional balcony areas which are beautiful but there are no chairs or loungers up there - so they are a bit wasted.I really feel the villa would have benefited from a information pack - we had some questions during our stay and while the management company were quick to reply, we felt that it would have been good to have some...

"Absolutely lovely stay in Can Picafort. Villa was gorgeous and close to bars, resturants and thw beach. The villa pool was perfect size and we had loads of room for everyone. The hosts were attentive and so freindly. I cant recommend the highly enough."

"Viagem de amigas, parte da nossa Eurotrip, ficamos 7 dias, e o hotel nos surpreendeu, desde a recepção, check in, rápido, eficiente, antes do horário, sem cobrar taxas, com amenidades como água de boas vindas, lençóis e toalhas de boa qualidade, como éramos em 3, achamos o quarto um pouco pequeno, 25 M2, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado, trem tb uma pequena cozinha, ajudou bastante, arrumavam o quarto diariamente, trocando toalhas e retirando lixos, como fiz aniversário, foram muito gentis me oferencendo champanhe. Piscina e entretenimento bem legais."
