Customer booked and was in contact with us as we offered to arrange Airport Pick up service but he didn't like to use it , then he asked about the reception working hours as he arrives after midnight and we replied and confirmed that the reception is working 24 hours . The arrival day customer went to a different hotel by mistake and discovered that he is at a different location , then he neither called us his booked and prepaid hotel nor send a message . Just decided to stay there and paid for 2 nights , next day send us a message to till us what happened we welcomed him to come and stay in his room and he didn't . Customer has a specific address details which all of our customers easily use to reach our place , and contact details phone number and message center to contact property in such cases but didn't use any and just stayed somewhere else and revenge by lowest possible rating and this negative review . Thanks and we wish that Expedia could remove this rating and review as customer haven't been there so has no experience to tell about .
