Upon entering the villa we are greeted by the reception area garden with open view to the pool and garden. This zone has no stairs so it is an easy access.

As soon as we enter the house we see the garden and swimming pool across the big living room windows.

At the entrance, we find a practical reception area where guests can leave all personal belongings before coming in, giving access to the chill areas of this new, elegant villa:

Big and comfortable living room and sitting area , dinning room equipped with a big table to gather all the family members, and TV room with big L-shape Sofa, all overlooking the garden with fantastic natural light flooding the whole area.

Our cinema lovers can get together in the cinema room! No experience will be complete without the a Popcorn machine and the minibar we offer our guests. We offer a projector, a smart stick TV, Netflix, Disney+ and Shahid.

The big kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and fully equipped so ever member of the group can show their cooking-skills with all the assisting tools you may need.

Adjacent to the kitchen there is the first ensuite bedroom with a foldable with a full bathroom.

On this same floor there is a spacious and private office room equipped with a working desk, Smart TV, library with full of books for everyone. It is the perfect place to work remotely as it has high-speed internet and it's own bathroom.

The majestic stairs leads the way to the first floor which features 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a comfy living room with a Smart TV and, a bar area where everyone can show their skills in making the best drinks or, having a coffee with the Nespresso.
