With its open-plan layout, light filled interiors, and a fully fenced yard, it’s the perfect haven to relax and embrace the tropical lifestyle, slow down and enjoy life by the sea. Just a short walk to the beach and local eateries.



The Space:

Soak up the nature with a huge backyard, surrounded by lush trees and only one neighbor, on a quiet part of town and street. The house is equipped with yoga mats, dumbbells, outdoor cricket set, football and more for you to make use of the space and the outdoors.



The outdoor patio features an outdoor lounge, 6 seater dining table, BBQ, 2 sun loungers and hanging hammock chair, giving plenty of space to relax and unwind with nature views.



Various bicycles are also provided to make the most of the beautiful suburb and being just a short ride from the beach. Along with a picnic basket to pack up and take to enjoy by the seaside. Next door to the property is a large park, great for kids to play nearby.



The property is newly renovated and newly furnished with a bright & fresh style, but with ultimate comfort in mind. Each bedroom & living room is equipped with both air conditioner & ceiling fans. The open plan living area includes bar stools at the kitchen island, 6 seater dining table, sofa and armchair; offering multiple spaces to sit & relax. Books and games are included.



A spacious laundry is equipped with a washing machine, sink, iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack.



Mimpi Tropics Retreat is truly a haven, making the base for your Cairns trip a comfortable, peaceful and memorable one.

House Rules & Additional Information

* Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM.

* Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

* Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.

* We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed.

* A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed



Mid-Stay Cleans

Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.

For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $199 per service applies.
