The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.



Bedrooms & Bathroom

Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen bed, quality linen, a Smart TV, and built-in wardrobes.

Second Bedroom: Offers a cozy queen bed, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan.

Bathroom: A modern space with a double vanity, a full-size bathtub with a shower, and a separate toilet. Fresh towels and a starter set of amenities are provided.



Kitchen & Laundry

Your fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including:

A car is the best way for you to make the most of your stay in Cairns. With a car, you can drive to so many top locations at your convenience.

f you prefer walking, it’s only a 20-minute stroll or a quick 5-minute drive from the CBD. For public transport, your next bus stop is located at Mulgrave Rd at Parramatta Park State School, Parramatta Park, making it easy for you to explore the area.

Plus, the airport is just a 15-minute drive away, so you can easily access your flights without any hassle.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules & Additional Information

* Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM.

* Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

* Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.

* We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed.

* A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed



Mid-Stay Cleans

Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.

For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $159 per service applies.
